The ZC1000 automatic feeding machine is a specialized device used in conjunction with the 1000 series brick press for automatic weighing, feeding, and brick taking. 1. It features high weighing accuracy, supports multiple brick types, has a short cycle time, and high efficiency. This device integrates automatic weighing, feeding, mold cavity lubrication, and brick taking into one unit. A single machine can save 2-3 workers, significantly reducing labor costs. 2. It uses high-precision sensors, and the weighing hopper is equipped with multiple shock absorption devices, achieving a weighing accuracy of up to 0.03%. 3. The feeding modes include single-chamber and double-chamber modes, suitable for different brick types. The quick change time between the two modes is less than 30 minutes. 4. Weighing and material distribution occur during the brick pressing process, without extending the waiting cycle. 5. Weighing includes three feeding methods: fast feeding, medium-speed feeding, and precise feeding, which accelerate weighing efficiency while ensuring accuracy. 6. During weighing, the belt conveyor moves back and forth during discharge, effectively preventing segregation caused by material flow. 7. Feeding and brick taking occur simultaneously, with a cycle time of about 7 seconds. 8. The device is equipped with a high-precision servo motor with a 23-bit encoder, with a positioning error of less than 1mm.
