The LDE67 series electric screw press independently developed by Liaoduan is widely used for producing various refractory bricks such as clay bricks, magnesia bricks, magnesia-carbon bricks, water mouth bricks, corundum bricks, spinel bricks, aluminum bricks, tar bricks, and skateboard bricks. The product features a wide worktable surface, large slider stroke, and high mold installation height. It adopts a split prestressed machine body structure with good rigidity and high strength. The drive system uses a switched reluctance motor, offering stable performance, high starting torque, low current, and energy-saving and environmentally friendly operation. Equipped with a PLC program control system, the product ensures good consistency, safe and stable operation, easy maintenance, and low noise.
