Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was founded in 1936, formerly known as Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Factory (state-owned). The LDE53-6300 electric spiral press is a forging-type equipment tailored for the forging industry, specifically for steel forging, non-ferrous metal forging, and titanium alloy forging industries. It is developed based on thorough research of domestic and international electric spiral presses, combined with industry process characteristics, through multiple structural designs, improvements, and refinements. It is the third-generation electric product of Liaoyang Forging and is ideal forging equipment for industries such as high-speed rail, automobiles, tractors, ships, aviation, hardware tools, medical devices, and tableware.
This machine has the following advantages:
1. Simple structure and easy maintenance: The motor directly drives the flywheel (large gear) forward and reverse through gears, and the screw pair drives the slider to move up and down. It has few vulnerable parts and low maintenance costs.
2. High product forming repeatability: The motor speed can be set arbitrarily, so the striking force and striking energy of the slider can be set arbitrarily within the allowable range. The output of striking force and energy is stable, ensuring high forming repeatability for batch workpieces.
3. High efficiency and energy saving: This machine uses a switched reluctance motor speed control system to directly drive the flywheel (large gear), featuring the shortest transmission chain. Its outstanding features are high efficiency, no starting impact current, and good energy-saving effect, saving about 50% energy.
4. High degree of automation: The control system uses a PLC programmable controller, with a human-machine interface (HMI) touch screen operation, providing high control accuracy and ease of operation.
5. Equipped with process parameter memory function, capable of storing process parameters for eight types of forgings and has shift production statistics function.
6. High safety: Uses dual motor and mechanical brakes to ensure the slider can stop at any position throughout the full stroke.
