LDS54 Series Electric Spiral Precision Press

Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was founded in 1936, formerly known as Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Factory (state-owned). China's first double-disc friction press was produced by Liaoyang Forging. Subsequently, the company developed and produced the country's first electric spiral press, automatic brick press, thousand-ton electric spiral hammer, vertical precision forging machine, and composite external mold brick press, all originating from Liaoyang Forging. After years of independent research and accumulated experience, the products hold various R&D patents. The main products include various series of electric spiral presses, electric spiral precision presses, electric spiral brick presses, servo direct-drive presses, integrated solutions for forging equipment, and integrated solutions for refractory material forming equipment. The products are sold across provinces and cities in China and exported to more than 20 countries and regions abroad. With over 80 years of technical accumulation, Liaoyang Forging has set multiple technical standards and production requirements for the industry and has stepped into the ranks of international and large-tonnage equipment.
High Technological Content
The newly developed LDS54 series electric spiral precision press by Liaoduan is a specialized energy-saving device designed specifically for the characteristics of precision forging and tableware manufacturing industries. It is suitable for precision casting of titanium alloy blades and other blades, especially suitable for various composite-bottom vessels, capable of pressing large, small, round, oval, and other composite bottoms. The LDS54 series electric spiral precision press uses an advanced PLC programmable controller for control, outperforming traditional spiral precision presses in energy saving and precise control of impact force.
