The LDS67 series CNC electric spiral brick press is a specialized forming equipment tailored for the refractory industry, developed based on the characteristics of the refractory industry. It is the third-generation electric product of Liaoduan, created after thorough research on domestic and international electric spiral presses and multiple rounds of structural design, improvement, and refinement, combined with the process features of the refractory industry. 1. It adopts dual motor drive and a new structure, featuring a large closed height, wide worktable surface, and favorable stress conditions for the screw and nut. It has multiple advantages such as advanced control, high efficiency and energy saving, safe operation, easy handling, stable product quality, and low maintenance workload. 2. It uses a PLC programmable controller to control two switched reluctance motors and is equipped with a human-machine interface, allowing the impact force to be set according to manufacturing processes and forming precision. 3. Suitable for pressing various refractory bricks such as clay bricks, magnesia bricks, magnesia-carbon bricks, ramming bricks, corundum bricks, spinel bricks, alumina bricks, pitch bricks, and slide bricks.
Liaoduan has been committed to improving the impact force and impact efficiency of electric spiral brick presses. In 2019, through thorough research of advanced domestic and international technologies, combined with Liaoduan's years of design experience in electric spiral products, the LDS67 series CNC electric spiral brick press was developed.
