Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Hold a certificate to work, responsible for electrical and gas welding and cutting work, strictly abide by labor discipline;
2. Cut or weld workpieces and materials according to the requirements of drawings and processes, ensuring quality and quantity, and completing processing tasks on time;
3. Maintain and upkeep the equipment and supporting facilities;
4. Strictly implement regulations such as "Operating Procedures", "Pressure Gas Safety Inspection Regulations", "Gas Cylinder Safety Inspection Regulations", etc;
5. Wear labor protection equipment according to regulations, do a good job in fire prevention, and ensure safe production;
6. Keep the workplace clean and tidy, and promote civilized production;
7. Closely cooperate with other types of work to carry out inspection, repair, and acceptance of equipment and workpieces;
Job requirements:
1. Having received professional knowledge training and holding a special worker operation certificate;
2. Ability to recognize general component drawings, simple welding equipment drawings, gas cutting cutting cutting drawings, pipeline installation drawings, process drawings, and other related drawings;
3. Master the meaning of weld code, gas tightness, and gas cutting processing symbols;
4. Master the basic operation techniques of gas welding (cutting) brazing;
5. Master the working principle of power distribution required for welding work and be able to correctly select and adjust welding and cutting process parameters for electrical energy connection. Be able to correctly select welding rod grades and specifications for low, medium carbon steel and stainless steel;
7. Familiar with the classification and labeling meanings of all steel pipes;
