Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was founded in 1936, formerly known as Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Factory (state-owned). China's first double-disc friction press originated from Liaoyang Forging. Subsequently, it developed and produced the country's first electric spiral press, automatic brick press, thousand-ton electric spiral hammer, vertical precision forging machine, and composite external mold pressing brick machine, all from Liaoyang Forging. After years of independent research and accumulated experience, the products hold various R&D patents. The main products include various series of electric spiral presses, electric spiral precision presses, electric spiral brick presses, servo direct-drive presses, integrated solutions for forging equipment, and integrated solutions for refractory material forming equipment. Products are sold across provinces and cities in China and exported to more than 20 countries and regions abroad. With over 80 years of technical accumulation, Liaoyang Forging has set multiple industry technical standards and production requirements and has stepped into the ranks of international and large-tonnage equipment.

Liaoduan has now formed a product layout including electric spiral presses, electric spiral brick presses, forging automation production lines, and refractory brick automation production lines. In 2020, Liaoduan independently developed the country's first LD53-6300 ton electric spiral press, which was successfully put into use at Dalian Golden Eagle Casting and Forging Industrial Co., Ltd., marking a milestone in Liaoduan's advancement into the field of large-tonnage, high-performance electric spiral presses and a significant step forward in Liaoduan's R&D and manufacturing journey.
Liaoduan has always been committed to improving the striking power and efficiency of electric spiral presses. In 2019, through thorough research of advanced domestic and international technologies and combining Liaoduan's years of design experience with electric spiral products, the LDS67 series CNC electric spiral brick press was developed. During the design process, technologies such as 3D modeling, finite element analysis, big data collection, and digital simulation were utilized to optimize the product structure and enhance its applicability. It is widely used for producing clay bricks, magnesia bricks, magnesia-carbon bricks, water mouth drills, corundum bricks, spinel bricks, aluminum bricks, tar bricks, sliding bricks, and various other refractory bricks.
