On May 26, Feng Wensheng, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, visited Liaoyang Forging Group Co., Ltd. to investigate the progress of the structural adjustment "three major articles": upgrading the "old brand", deeply developing the "original brand", and cultivating and expanding the "new brand". Zhang Fangji, Director of the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Wang Chunlei, Deputy District Mayor, and the head of the District Industry and Information Technology Bureau accompanied the investigation.

The investigation group went deep into the production workshop to understand the enterprise's production operations and project construction on site, and learned in detail about the company's development history, product technology, new technology applications, and digital construction. They encouraged the enterprise to carry out structural adjustments well, develop new technologies, introduce high-tech talents, and carry out upgrades based on their own actual conditions.
Deputy General Manager Zhang Wei of the Sales Department introduced the production details of the plant area to the investigation group.
The automatic screw mother lathe in the picture was independently researched, designed, and manufactured by Liaoyang Forging. It also participated in the Beijing Exhibition (1959 Heroes Meeting). The designer was the company's chief engineer and national model worker Sun Zuocheng. The 1959 Heroes Meeting was received by Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou.
