On August 28, 2021, entrusted by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Liaoyang City Industry and Information Technology Bureau hosted a meeting in Liaoyang City for the new product appraisal of the "LDE53-6300 Electric Screw Press" and ZC630 Electric Screw Brick Press automatic weighing, batching, and brick picking system developed by Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The expert group for this new product appraisal included Executive Dean Yu Tianbiao (Professor) of Northeastern University, Special Assistant to the President Zhao Kaijun (Senior Engineer) of Northern Heavy Industry Group, Dean Li Fubao (Professor) of Shenyang University of Technology, Vice Dean Wang Shijie (Professor), Vice Dean He Enguang (Professor) of Shenyang Jianzhu University, Professor Ba Peng (Professor) of Shenyang Ligong University, and Director Yang Shuhua (Senior Engineer) of Shenyang Blower Group Research Institute. Deputy Director Lang Jian of the Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Section Chief Wang Guangqing of the Science and Military Industry Development Section, and Officer Wang Chunhui also attended. Sun Dan, Party Secretary of Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liaoduan), Chief Engineer Zhao Huailiang, and Research Institute Director Li Chuncheng were present, with Chief Engineer Zhao Huailiang reporting on the new product.
The appraisal committee listened to Liaoduan's related reports, reviewed product inspection reports, technology novelty search reports, user feedback, and other appraisal materials, and inspected the production site. After inquiries and discussions, the appraisal was formed. The opinions are as follows:
1. The appraisal materials are complete and standardized, meeting the requirements for new product appraisal.
2. This product is designed according to the special needs of parts production in industries such as construction machinery and automobiles,
with a nominal force of 6300kN and an allowable force up to 10000kN.
The main innovations are as follows:
(1) Using PID control for the switched reluctance motor with four-point drive ensures operational stability and
synchronization. (2) Developed an integrated oil storage structure for the screw thrust surface, ensuring the stability of the lubrication system under impact loads and improving equipment reliability.
(3) Optimized the structure, materials, and process design of the tie rod thread pair to ensure uniform load distribution on the threads, effectively enhancing the impact resistance of the threaded connection. 3. The product has been tested by the National Casting and Forging Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and meets national standards; user feedback indicates stable operation and reliable performance.
4. The company has complete production equipment and testing methods, mature production processes, and a sound quality assurance system, meeting conditions for mass production. In summary, the overall performance of this product reaches the leading level of similar domestic products, and it is approved for new product appraisal.
