Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was founded in 1936, formerly known as Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Factory (state-owned). In the early 1950s, it manufactured the country's first double-disc friction press. After transitioning its business operation mechanism, it was officially reorganized into a private joint-stock enterprise in 2017. After more than eighty years of development and growth, Liaoduan has become a modern company integrating product research and development, manufacturing, quality control, and sales operations. The company covers more than 220 acres, employs over 240 people, is a national high-tech enterprise, and is a provincial enterprise technology center in Liaoning. The company has successively passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and ISO45001 occupational health management system certification.
In October 2021, Deputy Director Gao Chao of the Policy Information Industry Department of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology led a team of consultants from Tianjin Aibori Technology Development Co., Ltd. to our company to conduct lean management consulting training.
Chairman Hao Xiren, Party Secretary Sun Dan, Deputy General Manager of Sales Zhang Wei, Director of the Research Institute Li Chuncheng, and others from Liaoyang Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liaoduan) attended this meeting and training. Before the meeting started, Party Secretary Sun Dan introduced the achievements and strategic directions Liaoduan has made in the forging and refractory industries in recent years. At the same time, efforts were increased in market promotion, talent resource reserves, and brand image building, laying a solid foundation for Liaoduan's stable development in the future.
During the meeting, Liaoduan Chairman Hao Xiren expressed opinions on carrying out lean management and talent cultivation, pointing out that talent is the core competitiveness of an enterprise and an important driving force for high-quality development. Today's business environment is an era of enterprise competition, and ultimately, competition between enterprises is competition for talent. Enterprise development inevitably depends on talent. Without a continuous talent reserve, the enterprise will sooner or later face elimination. Therefore, Liaoduan has always valued independent talent cultivation and established a competitive advantage in talent resources.
Tianjin Aibori Technology Development Co., Ltd. expressed relevant opinions and suggestions on lean management and lean talent cultivation. Lean management aims to better improve enterprise management, production, and execution efficiency while reducing costs. Lean talent cultivation aims to train outstanding talents, clarifying the enterprise's emphasis on talent and how to cultivate them.
